Anorexic Recipe of the Week
Ok, so here’s the thing - I’ve pretty much exhausted all my anorexic recipes. The truth is, I eat the same thing every single day and that kind of monotony is only going to take the recipe of the week so far. So to keep the Anorexic
Recipe of the Week going, I’d like to welcome our readers to write guest posts with their favorite (preferably past, but if you’re in the throes, then present) anorexic recipes. It’ll be fun…we can be like Betty Crockers, except the eating disordered version. I only ask that the recipes be:
- Honest
- Funny
- Completely disordered
The more it is any of these things, the better. Remember we’re here to laugh, not promote this totally unsustainable, unhealthy and absurd lifestyle (if it can be called that). Email me at skinnylady@randomanorexics.com if you want to share your recipe.

*Giggles* I’m too ashamed to share the dark combinations of food I eat. They are disgusting and weird, but that means the chance of me actually eating them is far lower
Ditto what Lola Snow said, except that, horrifyingly, I always suck down my disgusting and weird food-combinations.
Ditto what they said.
It’s hard to bring about flavor on some egg whites. I end up ruining them with all the ketchup, honey mustard, garlic salt, and other crap yes disgusting i know, but then i can’t eat it because gross I can’t possibly bloat from that when I can have a diet dr. pepper cherry instead.
[...] by: Skinny Lady We have Hana Hey to thank for submitting the following highly disordered but extremely low-cal recipe. We just might have to try this one [...]
1 tbsp honey mustard
1 tsp dijon
1/2 pack of splenda (i am also trying to get away from those artificial sweeteners…)
1 tbsp-1 glass vermouth
cayenne pepper to taste
Anorexic Apple Pie
Buy or make a giant delicious apple pie (crumble top is the best). Then cut a big fat slice with a giant dollop of whipped cream.
After you’ve plated your pie, boil some water. When the water has boiled put in an apple cinnamon tea bag. Stare at the apple pie whilst enjoying your tea.
