wouldn’t “ma’am” be just slightly worse? we don’t use that much here in jolly old blighty, which is a good thing as it would make me feel like the queen – who is not the epitome of slim sexy chickdom – but i got called it in the states and it was alarming!!

hello ladies i found your blog yesterday and distracted myself all evening reading riiiight back to the first post – thnx!

lost 3lbs since monday when i was (don’t ban me!!) 5lbs O.V.E.R.W.E.I.G.H.T. on the good old bmi… so it was either suicide or back to boiled veggies, coffee & infrequent bites of cheese.

those tees you did, the “i don’t diet i starve” one? that’s my main method, and ive been putting it off for FAR TOO LONG!

hope to read more soon, your thought processes are v.similar to my own, i suspect, and it helps. everyone else just lies about how they stay thin, “oh i’m always eating junkfood, i live off burgers, i have a reverse metabolism, 78 small healthy meals a day and exercise, ever since i had my baby the weight just fell off, yadda yadda bulls**t” … yeah, RIGHT! truth is a rare commodity, truth and humour combined doubly so. <3 beth
